Hello! I'm Andrew, a passionate pilot and certified flight instructor based at Grimes Field in Urbana, Ohio. My journey in aviation began over a decade ago when I took my first discovery flight, and I've been hooked ever since.
After earning my private pilot license, I continued building my skills and experience, eventually pursuing my dream of becoming a flight instructor. I find immense joy in sharing my knowledge and passion for aviation with my students, and helping them achieve their own flying goals.
My teaching philosophy centers around creating a supportive, personalized learning environment. I believe that every student learns differently, and I tailor my instruction to fit your unique needs and learning style. Whether you're pursuing flying as a hobby or starting a professional career, I'm committed to helping you succeed.
When I'm not in the air, I enjoy exploring aviation history, attending airshows, and participating in local flying club activities. I'm also actively involved in the Grimes Field community, working to promote general aviation and mentor young aspiring pilots.
